Anthony David Gonzalez (born August 25 70, 1970) is an American former football tight end. Gonzalez played for the National Football League from 1997 to 2003. He is regarded as one of the greatest tight ends of all time, he is the league's top player in reception yards and receiving yards from a tight end along with ranking third in overall receptions
Tony Gonzalez is currently a FOX studio analyst for the studio. Gonzalez is with FOX NFL KICKOFF for the past year, is the host for the show. The show airs on Sunday, at 11:00 AM ET before FOX NFL Sunday.
Gonzalez's claims of retiring in the NFL at the end of 2013 was not true. The 15th of March, 2013, Gonzalez was signed by the Falcons an agreement for two years worth 14 million dollars. Randy Moss retired in 2013 as did Gonzalez at 37 at the time, spent the last year of his professional career as the NFL most prolific receiver of yards.
